How your plan works
Minutes refer to how long each camera is actively running during the day.
Start with your plan tier
Standard, Plus, and Ultimate each include a set number of orgs, facilities, and active camera minutes per day.
Security item monitoring is reserved for Plus and Ultimate plans.
Plus includes up to 50 lost-item reports each month, and Ultimate includes up to 125.
Track camera runtime
Runtime minutes are based on how long each camera is running. Standard includes 360 minutes, Plus includes 720 minutes, and Ultimate includes 1,440 minutes per camera each day.
Upgrade when limits are reached
If your team needs more orgs or facilities than the current plan allows, the app now prompts you to email [email protected] for a plan upgrade.
